Is parking available?
Yes, there is extensive free parking in the Pulloxhill Car Boot field, what3words ‘seasons.garage.takeover’ – Flitton Rd, Pulloxhill, Beds, MK45 5HW. Premium parking will be available with ‘The Experience’ package.
Is there disabled parking?
There will be limited parking available for Blue Badge holders, please book your space via our online ticketing company. There is limited space available so be sure to pre book. *A blue badge is required for entry.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
You cannot bring any alcohol or food into the event. There will be numerous food and drink vendors available for you to purchase on the night.
Can children come?
No children under the age of 12 are allowed into the event.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed into The Experience Area.
Do children have to pay?
Children 12 and over are subject to standard entry price.
Can I bring my pet?
There are no animals allowed on site, other than assistance dogs.
Is there a carer’s discount?
All guests will require a ticket, there are no discounts available.
What does Early Bird ticket price mean?
The organisers are offering a discounted ticket price if purchased early. Ticket prices will go up Saturday 1st August, all on line tickets will close Midnight Friday 21st August. Tickets will be available on the gate.
Am I allowed to bring my own chairs and gazebo?
You are welcome to bring a camping style chair to sit on however many people will be standing, so your view of the performer(s) is not guaranteed. There are no gazebos, tents or shelters allowed on site.
There are a number of 3m x 3m pods available for hire should you wish to have cover.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The event is outside & this is the ‘Great British Weather’ so please dress appropriately with suitable clothing for the weather & footwear for walking across grass from parking to the event area.

LF Acoustics and The Cross Keys accept no liability for personal damage, loss or injuries sustained at the event, any personal property is bought at your own risk.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
We have on site security who are authorised to refuse admission and have express permission to follow these terms and conditions.
No alcohol can be consumed by anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to remove alcohol and dispose in the event the individual is unable to prove age.
There are strictly no illegal substances allowed on site.
Search is a condition of entry and we reserve the right to look in bags prior to event. We are entitled to confiscate any items which may be used as weapons or otherwise deemed dangerous or inappropriate. These items include but are not limited to:
Air horns, BBQs, cans, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, flares, gas canisters, glass of any kind, laser pens, illegal substances, animals with the exception of assistance dogs, gazebos, parasols or tents, naked flames.
You are not permitted to bring any alchohol or food into the event area, there are numerous food vendors and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
You are not permitted to bring any gazebos, parasols or tents into the event area. 3m x 3m marquee pods are available for hire. Ticket holders are permitted to bring camping chairs, blankets and personal umbrellas.
First aid will be available and can be sought on site.
There is no smoking or vaping inside any of the structures on the site.
There is no trading allowed on site without consent of the organisers.
Tickets may only be purchased by people aged 18 or over. Tickets shall not be resold, exchanged or transferred.
A valid ticket must be shown for entry whether paper copy or on mobile device. Tickets will be scanned for entry.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed ticket and will not issue duplicate tickets.
Tickets are non transferable and non refundable.
No refund shall be issued if the ticket holder is late, refused entry, evicted from site, unable to attend or has purchased an incorrect ticket.
In the event of issues beyond our control e.g. weather, act of god, riot, strikes or any event whatsoever beyond our control this may result in some services or features not being available for your safety.
In the event of cancellation details will be posted via the website www.pulloxhillevents.co.uk and on social media – it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check.
We recommend when purchasing tickets through our third party agent Red Box events that customers add protection to their tickets.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
There will be no re-entry to the site after 7.30pm.
We reserve the right to refuse entry.
Staff on site are there for your safety, please follow any instructions.
The event may be filmed or photographed by the Organisers / artists for promotional purposes. By attending you consent to this and may feature as an audience member in any footage or photographs. As a public event individual consent will not be sought.
Gate opening and closing times will be strictly adhered to.
Please keep all personal belongings with you, any unattended items will be removed.
All vehicles are parked at your own risk. There are limited disabled parking spaces available, please ensure you reserve your space via our ticketing platform and arrive in good time.
Parking is provided in an adjacent field and there is a walk over grass to the event area, please ensure appropriate footwear.
Performance may take place in any weather, so please ensure you dress appropriately for the great British weather. Occasionally, inclement weather can disrupt an open air event. In the event the Organiser cancels once the event has started but is later abandoned, no refund shall be made.
Please note exposure to prolonged loud noise can cause damage to hearing. Strobe lighting may be used during the event.

The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time when deemed reasonable and necessary to do so. Ticket holders are responsible for checking the terms and conditions applying to the event.
